Refuge Carpentry reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion. All service agreements are subject to our acceptance and availability.

Message frequency varies depending on your active projects and communications preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless provider's plan. All content, materials, designs, photographs, and information provided by Refuge Carpentry, including our website and marketing materials, are the intellectual property of Refuge Carpentry or our licensors. Any designs, plans, or materials we create for your project remain subject to the terms agreed upon in your service contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refuge Carpentry and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Canyon County, Idaho, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
